  • Pauline Sankhar

    Pauline Sankhar graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Math for Commerce from York University and also holds a Diploma in Business Computer Systems from Seneca College. Although Pauline has an exceptional career, she has developed a true love and flare for baking. As a child, growing up and being part of a traditional family, Pauline has always been in and out of the kitchen with her mother. Pauline has always been inspired by her mother's passion and dedication in the kitchen. With her mother's guidance, Pauline began taking courses specializing in baking and cake decorating. Bonnie Gordon School of Cake Design and McCall’s School of Cake Decorating has prepared Pauline with the professional training and capabilities to pursue her baking dreams and desires. The foundation of Cakes for Heaven’s Sakes was established as a result of Pauline’s passion and skill for baking, along with the encouragement of her family and friends. Soon after Cakes for Heaven’s Sakes was launched in January of 2008, Pauline’s love for baking started to bloom through her exquisite designs in the form of cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
